MARCH MADNESS 1-day 5v5 blind draw tournament
Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 21st at Woodstock North High School— this one-day adult coed blind draw basketball tournament promises high energy, fierce competition, and community vibes. Teams of 5–7 players will be randomly assigned based on your skill level—A (advanced), B (intermediate), or C (casual)—to keep matchups competitive and fun.
TOURNAMENT Format
The day will kick off with a round-robin format, where each team plays one against each opponent for seeding. Games will be played to 15 points (1s and 2s, win by 2, cap at 19). Scores and records will be tracked throughout the day.
Once the teams are seeded we’ll play a double-elimination bracket. The winning team will be crowned FCC Hoops tournament champions and earn bragging rights + FCC Hoops merch!
EXTRAS
We’ll have FCC reversible jerseys and hoodies for sale (limited quantity), prizes, optional post-game pizza, group photos, and a highlight reel to commemorate the day. Let’s bring the heat and make this tournament one for the books—see you on the court!
HOW TO SIGN UP
Spots are limited to 8 teams, so act fast! Signups close the Wednesday night before the tournament at 10 PM and rosters will be announced on the morning of the tournament. Reserve your spot below. See you on the court!
